411 Ministries is founded on the mission of discipling The Lost, The Least, and the Left Out, guided by the teachings of Jesus Christ. As believers, our purpose is to invite others into our spiritual family, preparing and empowering them to serve their communities, teach their familys, and love thier neighbors, because thats what family does.

Our History

411’s roots are traced back to mid 2019, when Pastor Jeff Gilliam felt the call to plant a “back to basics,” New Testament bounded church. “If you only had the New Testament, what would church look like?” Jeff was asked. The answer, was this. Small, intimate, and humble family gatherings, based around worshipping the one true God, and bringing others closer together, like family.

Prior to meeting in our current building, 411 Ministries underwent several changes. Originally known as, Oikos Church, we used to meet in homes all over Birmingham, AL. From houses in Homewood, to Club Houses in Greystone, we’ve been everywhere. Finally, the Lord called us here, to St. Clair County, right on Highway 411 in Odenville.

Our Future

As we continue to grow and expand, we have felt the calling of a day where we have several buildings up and down 411 used as various different community centers. Everything from Coffee Shops to Summer Camps, all used to spread the Word of Jesus Christ. We say all the time “there will be a day where Sunday Mornings are the smallest thing we do.” meaning no matter how many people show up for Church on Sundays, we still exceeded that number by how many people we were able to serve Monday - Saturday.

Sunday Mornings

Currently, we meet on Sunday mornings at 11:00am for Worship, Prayer, a message and a meal together prepared by our awesome volunteer team.
